Dietary for patients, 1888

The following dietary was recommended on 30 October 1888 by the Honorary Medical Officers (extracted from the minutes of the Medical Committee, 1872-89, reference NG/HH/DO(C)/1/3/1, at the Dorset History Centre).

The Meet [sic, meat] to be roasted unless otherwise ordered.

For Children under Ten Years of Age, the Diet should be in quantity to that of the Adult as two to three.
