The British Medical Journal (the BMJ) has been published without interruption since 1840, when it began as the Provincial Medical and Surgical Journal.  The BMJ‘s website is here and articles can be freely accessed online via PMC (run by the U.S. National Institutes of Health’s National Library of Medicine).
