CASE HISTORY

  1. “LITHOTOMY. Case 1.–A boy, aged 5, in poor health, under the care of Mr. Tapp, in the Dorset Hospital. A long oval stone, weighing five drachms and a-half, was removed by the usual operation. The symptoms had been severe. Recovered.” [Statistical report of the principle operations performed during the half-year ending December, 1855.
